Kevin M. Gold Recognized For Pro Bono Success |
Kevin M. Gold of Rhoads & Sinon was profiled in the September 2006 Dauphin County Bar Association Newsletter for his pro bono efforts on behalf of a client referred to him as part of the Bar Association’s Pro Bono Program. Gold, who is the Administrative Chair of Rhoads & Sinon’s employment and labor practice, assisted a working mother of two children who was initially denied unemployment compensation benefits after missing work due to illness and her daughter giving birth. Gold represented the client before an Unemployment Compensation Referee, who found the client should have been entitled to unemployment compensation benefits because she lost her employment involuntarily. The Bar Association Newsletter summarized Gold’s efforts as part of its efforts to highlight the performance of its Pro Bono Program. |
