Lawrence B. Abrams, III

Lawrence Abrams practices in the areas of estate planning, real estate development and mortgage financing, business and administrative law. Mr. Abrams is an Accredited Estate Planner by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils.

Mr. Abrams has extensive, first-hand experience in governmental affairs. He formerly chaired the Board of the Pennsylvania Energy Development Authority and formerly served as a Commissioner of the Pennsylvania Independent Regulatory Review Commission.

Mr. Abrams has gained a reputation for making real estate projects work for the maximum benefit of his clients and the others in the transaction. He has capably assisted numerous clients with their real estate investments, representing them before local planning and zoning boards and mortgaging, leasing and creating condominium projects.

Mr. Abrams represents clients using U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development financing and insurance programs in financial transactions and with housing development problems. He has also served as Outside Counsel to the Pennsylvania Housing Financing Agency.
