Joshua B. Beisker

Mr. Beisker is a member of the Firm’s Trusts & Estates practice group where he assists clients by developing individualized estate plans which preserve and protect clients' assets during their lifetime and insure that those assets ultimately pass to the clients' heirs in a tax efficient fashion. 

Mr. Beisker advises fiduciaries in the administration of wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, charitable and non-charitable transfers, all within the context of the federal and state tax environments.

Mr. Beisker provides business owners with solutions for the transfer of ownership to younger generations.  He structures and has administered buy-sell agreements and partnership, LLC and limited partnership agreements, all designed to facilitate the succession of family businesses. 

Mr. Beisker also provides general counsel to various non-profit corporations including public charities like colleges, universities and hospitals, as well as numerous private foundations.
