Vincent L. Champion

Vincent Champion is a member Rhoads & Sinon LLP’s litigation group. Vincent previously served as in-house counsel for the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency, where he litigated in Federal Court, Bankruptcy Court and State Court, provided representation during administrative hearings, provided legal counsel for various agency business initiatives and directed bankruptcy litigation outside Pennsylvania.

Vincent currently represents businesses, financial organizations and individuals in the areas of commercial litigation and collections.  Vincent also provides general business counsel to nonprofit and small businesses and school districts.  Vincent continues to litigate before Federal and State Courts, and has expanded his litigation practice to include matters before the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the Worker’s Compensation Board and the EEOC and the American Arbitration Association.
