Jens H. Damgaard

Since joining Rhoads & Sinon LLP in 1982, Jens Damgaard has assisted school districts, counties, municipalities and municipal authorities in orchestrating tax-free bond issues, loans and grants for public projects. Additional beneficiaries of tax-exempt and structured financings include nonprofit institutions, manufacturers and eligible for-profit companies. He also has represented numerous lenders, investment bankers, and trustees in connection with bond issues, investment and derivative products and credit issues.
