Kelly H. Decker Kelly H. Decker is an associate in the firm’s Construction Law Practice Group. Ms. Decker has extensive experience representing construction industry clients, including owners, design professionals and contractors in federal and state courts involving disputes on both public and private construction projects. Ms. Decker also regularly counsels clients throughout construction projects, including drafting and revising contracts and other construction related documents. In addition to her construction practice, Ms. Decker is an associate in the firm’s Commercial and Civil Litigation Practice Group and has experience representing clients in complex commercial disputes in both federal and state courts. She is admitted to both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars. EDUCATION The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University (J.D. 1999)
