Dean H. Dusinberre Dean Dusinberre serves as a member of the firm's Executive Committee. He also served as Manager of the firm's Banking and Securities Practice Group from 1996 through 2005. Mr. Dusinberre represents banks and corporate clients in a variety of merger and acquisition transactions and with respect to matters of corporate governance and investor relations. He regularly represents banks in regulatory matters before federal and state banking agencies and has extensive knowledge of the securities, insurance and other non-deposit investment and non-banking activities permitted to be engaged in by banks. And he frequently serves as lender's counsel in connection with complex commercial loans and structured financing transactions and in connection with developing and implementing workout strategies. Mr. Dusinberre also advises banks and other issuers, underwriters, broker-dealers and investment advisers with respect to compliance with federal and state securities laws in connection with publicly registered and privately syndicated offerings and periodic reporting obligations, including the mandates of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. He is a frequent speaker on these subjects before the Pennsylvania Bankers Association, the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
