Marc T. Levin Marc T. Levin practices within the firm’s Litigation Department in the Business Litigation group. He also serves in the Entertainment and Sports Law group, which has a growing list of celebrity clientele, and is a member of the firm’s Marketing Committee. Marc came to Rhoads & Sinon in 2005 as a former Shareholder in a Harrisburg defense litigation firm where he specialized in the areas of medical malpractice, premises liability, E&O liability, automobile and trucking accident liability and products liability defense. Earlier in his legal career, Marc gained diverse experience with a Harrisburg general practice law firm where he practiced litigation, as well as in the areas of commercial, education, real estate, employment, labor, municipal and school law. Now in his fourteenth year of practice, Marc possesses valuable experience representing clients in jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, mediations, district justice proceedings, various administrative proceedings and in the Appellate Courts. He also represents and counsels clients in the music industry on a variety of legal and business matters. As a part-time musician himself, Marc brings his personal experiences gained through working within the regional community of artists, venues, entertainment companies, booking agents, managers and producers to his clients in order to provide a uniquely insightful attorney-client relationship. On behalf of his clients, Marc has negotiated, drafted and/or provided advice and guidance in numerous facets of the music industry including contracts and agreements relating to: Band Operating and Partnership During his career prior to law school, Marc worked as a Contract Analyst for The Prudential Insurance Company of America in its Northeastern Group Operations headquarters in Parsippany, New Jersey and then as an Account Executive in the New York metropolitan area for both Chemical Bank of NY/NJ and Chatham Savings of New Jersey.
