Shawn D. Lochinger Shawn Lochinger has wide-ranging experience in virtually all aspects of employment law, including giving advice on employment policies, disciplinary actions, terminations, severance packages, and general "day-to-day" HR activities. Mr. Lochinger has also represented clients in court cases and before a wide variety of federal, state, and local agencies, including the Pennsylvania, Harrisburg, and the York Human Relations Commissions, the EEOC, the Department of Labor, and OSHA. Mr. Lochinger also has extensive experience in working with the OFCCP concerning Affirmative Action and Contract Compliance issues. While appearing before these various courts and agencies, Mr. Lochinger has dealt with a wide and varied assortment of issues, including employment discrimination, unemployment compensation, employee safety matters, and a variety of termination and contractual issues. Mr. Lochinger also represents clients in all aspects of special education law, including representing school districts at due process hearings, before the special education appeals panel, and in federal court. This is in addition to the general advice and counsel Mr. Lochinger dispenses to clients concerning the "daily business" of special education law and practice.
