John R. Martin

John Martin is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation, Employment & Labor Law, and Entertainment & Sports Law groups.  He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.  John graduated summa cume laude from Penn State in 2003 and summa cume laude from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 2006.  While at Dickinson, he served as a Comments Editor on the Penn State Law Review and was admitted to the Woolsack Honor Society.

As a member of the Employment & Labor Law group, John represents businesses and employers  and has successfully defended against discrimination cases brought in state and federal court, as well as complaints filed with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.  As a member of the Entertainment & Sports Law group, John has played an integral role in the firm’s representation of various clients, from professional sports organizations to prominent and emerging recording artists.
