Mary Pat Patterson

Mary Pat Patterson is a member of the firm’s litigation and construction litigation practice groups.  Her practice focuses on a wide variety of areas including securities fraud, construction claims, administrative agency matters, products liability, civil rights, employment liability, professional malpractice, banking and financial service litigation, insurance coverage, health care, and appellate and injunctive relief.   Ms. Patterson has extensive experience before the state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies. 

Prior to joining Rhoads & Sinon, Ms. Patterson also did extensive asbestos defense litigation, successfully represented a foreign  manufacturer in a products liability action, represented health care providers in regulatory and reimbursement matters and represented securities advisors in federal court litigation.

Ms. Patterson graduated cum laude from Rosemont College and received her J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law in 1986.  After law school, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Genevieve Blatt on the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania from 1986 to 1988.  Prior to joining Rhoads & Sinon LLP, Ms. Patterson practiced with Philadelphia based Duane Morris LLP from 1988 through 2004.
