Thomas A. French Thomas French is the Firm’s senior business litigator, with 25 years of trial experience handling numerous cases through verdict and appeal. His diverse practice includes cases involving products liability, banking disputes, insurance law, corporate ownership and control controversies, defense of professional malpractice suits, contract, trade secret and unfair competition claims, and fiduciary liability issues. Mr. French focuses on representation of financial institutions, insurance companies, manufacturing and service companies, and business owners as well as individuals.
