Paul A. Lundeen

Since joining Rhoads & Sinon LLP in 1977, Paul Lundeen has represented a wide array of clients, including municipalities, school districts, counties, municipal authorities, redevelopment authorities, industrial development authorities, hospitals, continuing care providers and business corporations in the issuance of bonds to finance and refinance schools, sewer, water and electrical systems, hospitals, nursing homes, continuing care retirement communities and industrial and commercial development projects.

Mr. Lundeen has acted as counsel to the underwriter, issuer, lender or borrower in private placements, publicly marketed issues and intergovernmental loans.
