Paul F. Wessell

Paul Wessell has successfully represented clients in the purchase and sale of both public and closely-held businesses and has advised clients on corporate and securities law matters. He has also represented banks and borrowers in their commercial loan transactions and trustees in asset securitizations. Mr. Wessell has also represented several nonprofit loan funds in state securities laws compliance.

Prior to his association with Rhoads and Sinon LLP, Mr. Wessell practiced with the prominent national law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in Washington, D.C. where he was involved in mergers and acquisitions involving public and private companies, and in the representation of developers and engineering companies in complex cogeneration project financing transactions.
