Richard B. Wood

Richard Wood is a senior member of the Municipal Finance Group of Rhoads & Sinon LLP. He has concentrated in providing municipal legal services to a wide range of governmental and quasi-governmental issuers of tax-exempt obligations. Projects include public and private schools and college facilities, as well as hospitals, continuing care retirement communities and other health care facilities. Mr. Wood has also worked on many infrastructure improvement financings involving the construction of water, sewer and solid waste recovery facilities. In addition, he has served numerous Pennsylvania and New York investment banking firms as underwriters' counsel.
