Lori J. McElroy

Lori McElroy is an experienced member of Rhoads & Sinon LLP's federal and state tax group. Ms. McElroy has extensive experience in complex governmental regulations and restrictions applicable to qualified retirement plans from both an implementation and operation standpoint. Ms. McElroy has had substantial involvement in numerous corporate and individual tax issues surrounding business formations and reorganizations. In addition, she is fundamentally involved in various aspects of estate planning and wealth management.
