Drake D. Nicholas The only Central Pennsylvania attorney listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the area of Employee Benefits Law, Drake Nicholas regularly advises clients on various issues involving business structuring, planning and succession. In particular, Mr. Nicholas concentrates his practice in the area of Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation, in particular concentrating in Employee Stock Ownership Plans and corporate succession matters. Mr. Nicholas regularly advises clients and consults with other professional advisors in the structuring of company buyouts utilizing Employee Stock Ownership Plans and corporate succession matters. Mr. Nicholas has worked extensively in the area of Employee Stock Ownership Plans since 1983. Mr. Nicholas also regularly consults with and advises fiduciaries on various issues involving fiduciary responsibility.
