Kathryn D. Sallie

Kathryn (Kate) D. Sallie is a member of the firm’s Banking & Securities Group. Kate concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and commercial litigation. In addition, while attending law school, Kate was an Articles Editor of the Penn State University International Law Review and published “The Convergence of British and French Law in Accordance with the European Convention of Human Rights” 22 Penn St. Int’l L. Rev. 191 (2003). She was also a member of the Woolsack Society and won the Trial Lawyers’ Advocacy Award in 2004.
