Karen M. Seivard

Karen Seivard is a member of the firm's Municipal Finance group, assisting municipalities and school districts issuing municipal bonds and loans from various governmental lenders. Prior to joining Rhoads & Sinon, Karen served in the Office of Chief Counsel for the Pennsylvania Department of Education, as Assistant Small Business Advocate within the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, and in private practice. Karen has extensive knowledge in education law, utility, telecommunications and other regulatory matters.
