Kenneth J. Rollins
Ken is a member of the firm’s Banking and Securities, Real Estate and Tax, and Entertainment & Sports Law Practice Groups. Ken’s diverse practice ranges from advising billion dollar financial institutions on matters involving regulatory compliance, acquisitions and divestitures to advising individual clients, artists and musicians with respect to contract negotiation and business formation. While Ken’s practice focuses primarily on advising financial institutions in all aspects of their business, Ken has substantial experience in a wide range of general corporate matters including:
Ken graduated in 2005 from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, where he attended on academic scholarship and was a recipient of various awards in recognition of his academic achievement. Active in the community, Ken is former Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, and is presently an Advisory Board member, of BARAK, Inc., a Harrisburg-based non-profit organization offering youth an alternative to drugs and violence, and is a member of the Leadership Harrisburg Area Class of 2008.
