Your Federal Taxation Needs

Rhoads & Sinon LLP's federal tax practice concentrates in all facets of business taxation including tax planning for corporate and real estate transactions. We have assisted many clients through the corporate formation or the restructuring process. With respect to mergers and acquisitions, we have guided many clients through the process of acquiring publicly traded businesses as well as guiding them through the sale of their own business to publicly traded businesses.
